What We Will Cover

A 7-session transformative workshop designed to equip your family for lasting success based on The Seven Essentials of Flourishing Families.

01. Establish a Clear & Compelling Family Identity
Solidify the family’s vision, mission, and values, bringing the necessary clarity and confidence to set the direction of the family.

02. Set a Family Communication Code
Set healthy engagement and interaction patterns, implement clear conflict-resolution parameters, and live by a Code of Conduct, both formal and informal.

03. Create a Multi-generational Family Strategy for Innovative Flourishing
Identify existing opportunities, entities, and structures for family growth, explore new opportunities and ideas, and adapt to changing environments to protect and increase family impact.

04. Construct Consistent Family Rhythms
Determine predictable patterns and meeting types for compelling rhythms, establish leadership, administrative, and communication structures for engagement, and create and communicate a multi-year family engagement plan.

05. Define the Family Succession Path
Decide on necessary leadership roles within family and ownership, create a family development path or committee for future generations, and implement initial steps of personal and professional development.

06. Formalize Legal Family Structures
Explore legal options to foster clarity, unity, and a clear path forward, gain understanding, engagement, and buy-in from all family members, and establish appropriate organizations, committees, and structures.

07. Realize the Family’s Positive Impact
Determine the family’s unique passions and possibilities for good, establish a “Generosity Strategy” for important initiatives, and actively participate in bringing good to the world individually, collectively, and with strategic partners.

How It Works

We offer customized workshops ranging from one evening to two-day experiences.

Option 1: Taster Event
2–3 hour evening workshop with meal.

Option 2: One-Day Workshop
9am–4pm with meals, reflections, and homework.

Option 3: Two-Day Workshop
Day One: 12pm–8pm, dinner, reflection, and homework.
Day Two: 8:30am–12pm.
